Review Options and the cart’s monthly total, introductory period, equipment and installation terms. AutoPay discounts can depend on your payment method; check when they start and what happens when promotions end.

IF SOMETHING DOESN’T LOOK RIGHT
A few things worth knowing.
My address isn’t recognized.
Check the ZIP, street spelling and unit number. Use “Show Full Address” to enter the complete address. A nearby home with fiber does not guarantee availability at yours.
Checkout says there is existing service at my address.
This can prevent a new online order. Follow the existing-service instructions shown in checkout. If you’re moving in, explain that situation when seeking help rather than changing your address to get past the message.
I stepped away and the session expired.
The ordering page has a session timer. Before submitting an order, you can return here and use “Check availability” to begin again. If you already submitted, check your confirmation or order status before trying again so you don’t create a duplicate.
Why does checkout ask for identity information?
The provider uses contact and identity information to set up service and asks permission for a credit check. The flow includes date-of-birth and Social Security number fields. Read the consent and privacy notice before proceeding. This dealer page does not collect those details, and you should not send them to us by email. We do not promise approval or a particular type of credit inquiry.

What happens if fiber is not available?
The ordering service may show a different product or no available offer. Check the product name carefully: AT&T Internet Air is a wireless home-internet product, not a fiber connection. You can choose not to order.
Which speed should I choose?
Consider how many people are online together, what they do and your equipment. Larger file transfers and multiple simultaneous activities can benefit from more capacity. The highest tier is not necessary for every home.
Are equipment and installation included?
The standard AT&T Wi-Fi gateway and standard professional installation are included with eligible Fiber plans of 300 Mbps and above. Review available appointment times in checkout. Optional upgrades or extra work may cost more.
Are there wireless savings or reward offers?
Offers can depend on your address, plan and eligible AT&T wireless service. Review the offer shown in your ordering flow and any reward-redemption requirements. A deal in an ad or flyer may differ from the one available to you.
Does Fiber include a TV subscription?
